rare complectation, car was in terrible condition, the engine was death, transmision with broket fift gear, suspension and the brakes out of condion to
After buying a rebuild the engine, new pistons, rod bearings, all seals. I found a Garett turbo from AAZ engine, and instal it, my KKK was a crap,
then the transmission was fixed, new suspension with oruginal springs and Monroe Reflex shocks, bushes, rods, ties.

Then authomn was gone, and came the winter... very-very cold russian winer, with t -25, -30. Then i decided thet for the next winter i must ajust the fuel pump and set auto starting with timer. Realy, it was TOOO COLD :/
A had a lot of problems with my fuel sistem.

This summer i have in plan to fix the body, there is a lot of work.

in germany and france, the champ series had only received the 1800 GU engine

and this series is reserved for the france and germany no ?

I know that in France this serie was called Champ, and he had instaled only RP engine, with auto or manual transmission.
In Germany ihe was called 10Millionen edition, and he had a lot of engines, look here

Mine had a Champ logo on the tail, blue glasses, star blue collor, the original champ enterior, i change the front seats. I looked all plates in the car, everithing is write, the JR motor is original, then why he is champ, he must be the 10 Millionen.

Realy I don'n know, where is my car from. I'm the third owner in Russia, the original doc of importing is lost, i have a new.
How can i define where is she from, may be there are some differences?

Some pics how i repaired the engine last summer.
About a week a drived on death engine, there was a problem with head gasked, exhaust gases ib the cooling system.
When i open the engine, i was surprised, cilinders had i high wear. As a result cilinders were wasted to a repair size of pistons. New pistons, crankshaft and conrod bearings, all engine seals.

Here is the short block instaled, and the cilinders with new pistons after repair. Looking nice

And here is the head, cleaned, with grinded valves, changed valve guides.


Me like a temporary engine

Today came a new clutch and a front brake pads.
A have a leek from the rear engine seal ring, on the next weekend i will move down the gearbox and i must change the seal, and the clutch disk to, the engine oil fucked it.

At last came the right electrik window lifter, with motor, and very cheap, just a 20 euro, with motor.

The engine electrics, all cabels, a need to see how it looks in original.
